Laurie Black

Laurie Black is senior director for global programs at Arcadia University. Laurie’s international education career spans over 25 years focused on strategic partnerships, marketing, enrollment management, program development, and administration. Laurie has been active in international education organizations such as Forum on Education Abroad, NAFSA, Fund for Education Abroad, and Diversity Abroad. Laurie has extensive travel experience in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania and has lived in southern Vermont for many years. Laurie earned her BA in Sociology/Rhetoric & Communications at University of Virginia and and MA in International Education at SIT Graduate Institute.
