Prior to joining CGS Milissa managed multiple operational research studies in Botswana, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. She served as project manager for UNC-CH\u2019s Southeast Region of the Network for Public Health Law and as Program Director at the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University. Milissa worked in Uganda for over 3 years as a Special Projects Coordinator and Academic Director for the School for International Training.
