She has consulted for Food and Agricultural Organization, UN Women, and the East African Community\u2019s Department of Peace and Security, among others. Charlotte holds a Ph.D. from the University of University of Cape Town, a Master of International Studies from the University of Sydney, a Postgraduate Certificate in Gender and Armed Conflict Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Conditions and Policies, and a Bachelor of Arts from Makerere University.
